Prerequisite for a full membership is that the member focuses its operations or revenue in the fields of mobility economy, mobility research or public transport management, or realizes a sufficiently large, independent and demonstrable portion of its operations or revenue in these fields.

Furthermore, a significant portion of these operations or the company's headquarters should be located in the North Hesse region.

The full membership comprises the following basic services:

• The member is invited to the network meetings of MoWiN.net.
• The member receives all information issued by MoWiN.net e.V.
• The member can use their membership in MoWiN.net to initiate contacts with other members.
• The member's member profile is represented in all media of MoWiN.net e.V.

The membership contribution as a full member equals €700 as of 2015.

Premium services (includes sponsoring/ participation in MoWiN.net activities of MoWiN.net/ Regionalmanagement in the amount of €3,500 plus value-added tax per calendar year):

• The premium member assumes the function of a sponsor at MoWiN.net e.V. events.
• The premium member benefits from ad placements in the magazine and other publications of MoWiN.net e.V.
• The premium member benefits from a reduced hourly rate for incentive consulting and project development by MoWiN.net e.V.
• The premium member has the option to publish editorial contributions in all MoWiN.net media (e.g. in the "MWN" magazine or newsletter).
• A consulting meeting is held with the premium member each year.

The membership contribution as a premium member equals €4,000 as of 2015.

Natural or legal persons as well as organizations without legal capacity which do not meet the prerequisites for proper membership but are interested in supporting the purpose of the Association can be included in the Association as a network partner.

Network partners provide special support for regional, cross-regional or international collaborations in the field of mobility economy and mobility research for the benefit of the North Hessian mobility economy and mobility research.

For membership as a network partner, it is not prerequisite to have a location as a company, institution, etc. in the North Hesse region.

Members as network partners have no voting rights at the general meeting. They do not participate in opinion formation at general meetings, nor may they be elected to the executive board. Network partners are represented in the media of the network as network partners according to the executive board's decisions.

The membership contribution as a network partner equals €1,000 as of 2015.

To make the network more attractive to newly established companies, the MoWiN.net offers start-ups discounted membership..

Conditions:

• May be claimed by companies in the first three years following their establishment

• The company's core business activities, or the area where it generates most of its turnover, must lie in the areas of transport industry, transport research or public government
• The majority of these activities must take place in the North Hesse region, or the company must be based in the North Hesse region

Benefits equal to basic benefits (see full membership)

From 2016 onwards, start-up members pay a membership fee of €200
